Are you a communicative, service-oriented personality with IT or software training? Do you have experience in managing software projects in intralogistics and know WMS/WCS/MFS solutions from practical experience? We are looking for a team player who sets priorities, takes responsibility, and leads customer projects securely to success.

What you will achieve with us

• You manage software projects for intralogistic systems and bear responsibility for deadlines, costs, quality, and resources
• You are the central contact person for our customers in all software, process, and project topics, from project start to final acceptance
• Together with customers and specialist departments, you verify requirements, finalize the solution concept, and transfer these into a realistic project plan with clear milestones
• You manage and coordinate the software development project teams and ensure interdisciplinary exchange with the other teams of electrical/mechanical, commissioning, as well as integration
• You keep an eye on risks, change requests, and budget, actively manage against them, and report transparently to the customer and management
• With result-oriented project management, you ensure smooth and timely acceptance of milestones and the systems

What you bring with you

• A basic technical education with further training as an IT, electrical, or mechanical engineer FH/ETH/TU/HF or with an equivalent education
• Several years of experience in managing software projects, preferably in intralogistics or automation
• Very good knowledge of intralogistics processes and automation solutions as well as WMS/WCS/MFS systems
• Sound knowledge of project management methods, both classical and agile
• Understanding of software development
• Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and the ability to lead customers and interdisciplinary teams securely
• Readiness for assignments at customer sites in an international environment
• Teamwork skills, flexibility, and an independent way of working
• Good German and English skills in spoken and written form, other foreign languages are a plus
