Here is where you commit yourself

• in the direction and development of the areas of outpatient services management, medical coding, and referral management
• in the development of your managers and the team by focusing on individual responsibility, trust, and collaboration
• in operational medical control as well as in the analysis of services, revenue, and contribution margins, from entry to billing
• in the preparation of reports for the attention of the hospital management as well as the clinics
• in the management and development of processes related to tariff systems (SwissDRG, TARDOC, and outpatient flat rates)
• in close collaboration at the interfaces with other departments such as patient administration, QRM, and finance
• in the direction of and participation in cross-sectoral projects

You

• have professional experience in medical control of a hospital (preferably with the TIP HCe tool)
• possess a medical education or higher professional training in nursing/therapy
• already have several years of management experience in a comparable field
• have pronounced analytical and statistical skills
• know SwissDRG, the outpatient tariff system, and REKOLE
