In our modernly equipped nursing and care home Huus Feldhof, 108 residents find a pleasant home. We offer them empathetic care as well as professional and individually adapted nursing services.

Due to the maternity leave of our current position holder, we are looking for a motivated personality as of 01.11.2026 or by arrangement as:
Ward Manager Nursing (80 -100%)

We expect:

• Completed training as a specialist in long-term care and support with a federal diploma or team leadership
• Joy in interacting with people
• Flexible, resilient and empathetic personality
• Ability to work in a team
• Leadership experience in the long-term sector is an advantage
• Willingness to accompany learners in their training
• Willingness to take on daily responsibility, ward duties and on-call duties
• Organizational skills and a structured way of working
• Openness to change
• Knowledge and experience with classification models RAI LTCF or NH is an advantage
• Confident communication in German, both spoken and written
