Supervision of apprentices and monitoring of training Technical monitoring of buildings, monitoring of maintenance contracts, claims management, control and coordination of works Profile 5 years of experience in real estate in Switzerland and experience as a Property Manager Solid skills in administrative and operational management, with an ability to effectively resolve problems encountered on a daily basis. In-depth knowledge of standard IT tools and professional software adapted to Swiss specificities. Excellent command of professional French, both written and oral, essential to ensure precise and qualitative exchanges.
