Tasks:

• Personnel leadership and coaching of 12 employees in the absence of the Team Leader
• Control of day-to-day business and reacting to target deviations of the departments in the absence of the Team Leader
• Active participation in day-to-day business and coordination for a smooth execution of day-to-day business
• Support in complying with quality and productivity targets as well as guidelines and specifications (e.g., SOP, GDP, GXP etc.) incl. work instructions
• Ensuring communication / information flow and efficient cooperation within the Warehouse
• Responsibility for daily closing (extended circle with Team Leader and Coordinator)

Strengths:

• Training as a Logistiker EFZ or industry-similar vocational training desirable
• Several years of professional experience with initial leadership experience is an advantage, ideally in the logistics and/or pharma industry or a highly regulated environment
• Strong communication team player who takes responsibility, creates trust, and consciously perceives his/her role model role in everyday work
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
