Temporary Night Watch FaGe 50-100% from August Agglomeration Bern

For our client, a modern and warmly managed long-term care home with a focus on dementia/gerontopsychiatry in the Agglomeration Bern, we are looking for a dedicated Fachfrau/Fachmann Gesundheit (FaGe) starting in August for a temporary assignment as a permanent night watch.
The institution is very well accessible both by public transport and by car.

Requirement Profile ##

• Completed training as Fachfrau/Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ
• Experience in long-term care, ideally in the dementia sector
• Experience as a night watch is an advantage
• Independent, responsible, and calm way of working
• High social competence as well as joy in caring for elderly people

Tasks ##

• Professional care and support of the residents during the night
• Ensuring safety, peace, and well-being of the residents
• Professional execution of basic and treatment care within the scope of your competencies
• Empathetic and patient care and accompaniment of people with a dementing illness
• Seamless nursing documentation as well as flawless handover to the early shift
• Cooperation with the interdisciplinary team
