Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you play a key role in understanding business issues and translating needs into concrete solutions, in close collaboration with stakeholders and IT teams.

What you do on a daily basis

You analyze business needs, formalize them through analysis documents, and write clear and structured functional specifications to facilitate their implementation by the IT teams.

You facilitate workshops and interviews with the various stakeholders and prepare synthetic presentations allowing the situation to be understood in a simple and precise manner.

You exploit and interpret statistical data in order to support analyses, objectify findings, and support decision-making.

An active contribution to the modeling and optimization of business processes, in close collaboration with stakeholders, as well as to the definition, coordination, and monitoring of action plans.

An involvement in the management of functional tests, including the writing of test cases, execution, monitoring of anomalies, and you ensure support during the deployment phases.

What you bring to the team

You have training as a Business Analyst, university level or a title deemed equivalent, and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a solid knowledge of customer service oriented environments or services. Knowledge in health insurance would be a real plus.

You have expertise in one or more key areas such as regulatory, digital, process optimization, or configuration tools (Syrius, BSI, SUMEX, etc.), and you master Microsoft Office tools. Knowledge of Azure DevOps and/or data analysis constitutes a real asset.

Your mastery of French is essential. Knowledge of German represents a real plus. You are result-oriented, organized and comfortable in communication, while combining autonomy, flexibility, analytical and synthesis skills, creativity, and global vision.
