Your tasks: • You schedule appointments with customers and conduct follow-up conversations. - You maintain and update customer data in the CRM system. - You track customer conversations and document them carefully. - You work in a targeted manner to achieve the agreed-upon sales targets. Your profile: • You speak fluent Swiss German or French, bilingualism is an advantage • You ideally have initial experiences in telephone sales (outbound), however, this is not a mandatory requirement. - You are characterized by a friendly and self-confident appearance on the phone. - You possess pronounced communication strength and persuasive power. - You act customer-oriented and bring a high service idea with you. - You convince through high self-motivation and willingness to perform. - You work in a structured, careful and reliable manner. - You ideally have basic knowledge in handling CRM systems or MS Office applications.
