Your training at UNITY is: ##

• Varied: During your training, you will gain insights into different IT teams, from first level to infrastructure to software development. Find the topics and areas that particularly interest you.
• Based on trust: We trust you and help you take on appropriate responsibilities, for example in everyday operational activities.
• Impactful: You provoke important changes that improve the professional life of all UNITIES and help you progress personally. Your ideas are welcome and their implementation is supported.
• Highly supported: Your IT expert colleagues* support and accompany you according to your needs, from your first day of training until the final exam.

What you bring ##

• Passion for technology: You are passionate about IT and technology, and new developments arouse your curiosity as well as a strong affinity for computers/software.
• Will to learn: You view challenges as opportunities and are ready to learn continuously. Your report card shining with good grades in mathematics and/or computer science is proof of this.
• Team spirit: You appreciate teamwork and like to contribute your ideas thanks to your open personality.
• Communication skills: You know how to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and have good knowledge of German as well as English.
• You have (soon) obtained your secondary school graduation diploma - higher diplomas are a plus.

Not mandatory, but always appreciated:

• You have already developed some programs yourself.
• Category B driver's license.
• You have an open personality that you gladly integrate into the team.
• When you think about a task alone, it does not disturb you.

What you can look forward to soon ##

• Training remuneration (gross/month): 1st year 1 050 - · 2nd year 1 150 - · 3rd year 1 250 -. Plus 600 - annual variable gross in case of full achievement of objectives. You discuss your objectives with your training manager at the beginning of each year. Gross amounts, status July 2026.
• An apprentice group that deserves the name: 12 apprentices and dual students from several cohorts. This is not common in a consulting firm - there is always someone you can learn from.
• Semiannual development interviews with your tutor - structured, with a written result, not on the fly.
• Working with modern technology stacks: Modern cloud platforms, the latest technologies in terms of client security and much more.
• Mentoring program: A fixed contact person from the apprentice group from day one, independent of your training manager.
• Professional achievement: Actively participate in projects and autonomously take on tasks corresponding to your strengths.
• Regular events for apprentices, for example sailing trips, sporting events or common visits to Libori.

UNITYacademy & trade fair visits: In addition to training topics, learn other content in our internal academy or during trade fair visits such as IT SA.
