Your tasks ## • Support in the development and implementation of social media strategies to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty • Creation and planning of engaging content for various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest) • Monitoring and analysis of the performance of social media campaigns and creation of regular reports • Interaction with our community by answering comments and messages as well as active community management • Support in the execution of social media advertising campaigns and promotions • Collaboration with the Marketing & PR team to integrate social media into the overall strategy • Trend monitoring and competitor analysis to develop new ideas and approaches • Creation of image and video material for the individual platforms according to the content plan Your profile ## • Education/studies in the field of marketing, communication/PR, media or a comparable qualification • 1-2 years of professional experience in the field of social media management including data analysis. Experience in brand management is an advantage • Good knowledge of common social media platforms and their tools • Creativity and a sense for engaging content and visual design • Flair for culinary, wellness and luxury hospitality • Teamwork skills, initiative and a structured way of working • Good knowledge of image and video editing • Initial practical experience in the use of AI-supported image editing tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney or Runway) is an advantage • Excellent communication skills in spoken and written form (German and English)
