For the Romande region, we are looking for, immediately or by arrangement: Mandate & Partnership Specialist (60%) Create concrete bridges between executives in transition and Romande companies. Within the InnoPark cantonal program, you play a key role: developing a network of partner companies, identifying concrete project mandates, and supporting participants in real situations. As a specialist, you also ensure expert support in application processes. Your mastery of digital tools and AI is indispensable for supporting profiles in retraining towards a new professional reality. Your mission: Source and develop unpaid project mandates with partner companies in Suisse romande. Ensure rigorous management of mandates and participant follow-up in strict compliance with current legal and contractual regulations (LACI, SECO directives). Your main responsibilities: Partnership development "" prospecting and retaining companies ready to welcome clients. Mandate placement "" identifying the right project for each profile, negotiating immersion conditions. Follow-up and reporting "" measuring reintegration indicators, documenting paths, results and producing reports for the canton (SDE). Your profile: Min. 5 years of experience in account management or business development, with an established network of companies in Suisse romande. Proven experience in supporting profiles in retraining or career breaks. Ability to follow several mandates and several participants simultaneously. Autonomy, diplomatic sense and sharp commercial sense, with a strong results orientation. Higher education (HES, university or equivalent).
