In order to support our development, we are looking for a Project Manager Calculation and Customer Advice in ventilated façades. Project Manager Calculation and Customer Advice - Ventilated Façade Your mission: At the heart of our activity, you participate with the commercial director and the estimator in the development of the client portfolio and mandates. Your technical and commercial skills allow you to take charge of the preparation of offers, from proposing a solution to the client to obtaining the mandate. Technical advice, calculation and preparation of offers, tender documents, negotiation, and contracting are part of your daily tasks. As a preferred interlocutor for architects, general contractors, and clients during this phase, you are the guarantor of the technical and economic quality of the offers you develop. Once the market is obtained, you transmit a complete file to the project managers who then ensure the execution of the works. Your responsibilities: • Technical studies and preparation of offers: • * Analyze private and public tender documents. • * Study plans, specifications, and technical documents. • * Perform measurements and quantity calculations. • * Prepare estimates and costings with precision, seeking the most relevant technical and financial solutions. • * Prepare commercial offers in compliance with technical, financial, and contractual requirements. • Customer relations and negotiation: • * Exchange with customers and perform site visits in order to propose technical or financial solutions adapted to needs and answer their technical questions. • * Present, defend, and negotiate offers until their award. • * Propose technical and economic variants that create value for the client. • * Ensure the follow-up of ongoing offers and follow up on files when necessary. • * Develop and retain a customer portfolio in Romandie. • Coordination and economic management of projects: • * Consult suppliers and negotiate the best purchasing conditions. • * Guarantee the projected profitability of projects. • * Prepare the transmission of files to project managers after signature, and ensure consistency between design and execution. The prerequisites: You have solid experience in the construction sector and more particularly in façades or sub-construction; you appreciate both analytical work and exchanges with customers. You are capable of understanding a project in its entirety, pricing it with rigor, and defending your technical choices with conviction. You specifically possess: • Technical training in construction, civil engineering, or an equivalent training. • Confirmed experience in calculation or the preparation of offers in Switzerland. • Confirmed experience in the building envelope (ventilated façades, cladding, locksmithing, metal framework, or similar activity). Specific experience in ventilated façades constitutes a real asset. • A good knowledge of public and private tenders. • Excellent reading of plans and technical documents. • Good mastery of measurements and cost analysis. • Ease in exchanges with architects, general contractors, and clients. • A true sense of negotiation and customer service. • Excellent organization and great autonomy. Mastery of AutoCAD constitutes an asset.
