Your tasks You will take an active role in the planning and accompaniment of school development processes, especially where digital transformation, AI, and media education open new paths. For the Kantonsschulen, you will design and structure viable concepts regarding the use of digital media. You follow current developments in educational technology and AI, assess their relevance for teaching, and derive concrete recommendations for school practice from them. You will design, organize, and moderate continuing education and support offers for teachers and school management that are practical, inspiring, and interconnected. In ICT-related projects, you will accompany processes and advise teachers on the use of digital and AI-supported tools. Your profile You have completed a degree in a relevant subject area (e.g., pedagogy, media didactics, educational sciences, or computer science) or have an equivalent combination of training, further education, and professional experience. If you also bring several years of experience and are familiar with the school environment or cooperation with educational institutions and their dynamics from your own practice, this is a valuable plus. You follow current developments in technology, digitalization, and AI with interest and recognize their potential for teaching and learning processes. You work in a structured, proactive manner and maintain an overview even in complex projects.
