Attached to a home maintenance team, the ASSC provides services in an autonomous manner, respecting the client's lifestyle, beliefs, values, and culture. He/she works in interdisciplinarity and interprofessionality, respecting the mission and objectives of the institution. Your missions and responsibilities Provide basic care and medical-technical acts, delegated by the referring nurse, in a comprehensive approach to the client Favor the restoration of the client's state of health, the strengthening or maintenance of their autonomy to enable them to restore, pursue or adapt their lifestyle so that they can stay or return home Evaluate and re-evaluate practical assistance situations and assume responsibility for them Carry out practical assistance services in respect of the client's lifestyle and environment Favor the maintenance of links with the entourage and collaborate with the latter in determining resources and providing information and support. Federal certificate of competence as an ASSC and authorization to practice in the canton of Genève Sense of communication and relationships with others, listening quality Ability to evaluate situations and act in a responsible manner Resistance to stress and physical work Ability to work autonomously and in interprofessionality within a multidisciplinary team Mobility is essential (by bike / on foot / by car / by TPG).
