• Together with the kitchen team and your coach, you will make our restaurant vibrate and enthusiastically welcome our guests
• You prepare tasty menus based on fruits, vegetables, meat, fish and spices
• You ensure the physical well-being of your guests
• Together, we create the gastronomy of today and tomorrow and develop new culinary trends
• You take on responsibilities and creatively present your dishes on the plate
• You control the delivery of goods, verify the quality of food and store them correctly

Your workplace ##

With your motivated team, you surprise the guests of the SV restaurant of our client daily with a varied offering: creative and seasonal dishes, prepared fresh and in a varied manner. You work from Monday to Friday according to the schedule. On public holidays and weekends, the establishment is closed.

What we offer you - among other things ##

Events: induction week, Chiefs for a Week, SV specialized courses, end of apprenticeship ceremony
Finances: 1st year of apprenticeship CHF 1'020, 2nd year: CHF 1'300, 3rd year: CHF 1'550, 13th month salary, financial participation in school material costs
Working days: 42-hour week (mainly from Monday to Friday in an SV staff restaurant)
Vacation: 6 weeks
