Within International Cooperation, you act as an intermediary between investigations by foreign financial market supervisory authorities and market participants in Switzerland. ###

Main tasks

• Autonomous processing of requests from foreign authorities
• Support for the International Cooperation group in processing complex administrative assistance requests
• Assistance in drafting decisions and conducting appeal proceedings
• Participation, if possible, in on-site inspections and hearings

Profile

• Degree in law
• Interest in financial market law issues
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Good command of common IT tools
• Goal-oriented and precise working method
• Perfect command of German and French (C2) as well as very good knowledge of Italian and English (B2)
