Tasks ###

• Technical leadership of a software development team in the field of HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning)
• Support and management of the embedded software engineers regarding quality, effort estimates and timely delivery of work results
• Management of software sub-projects according to the waterfall model, including effort estimation, project planning, requirements analysis, resource coordination and risk management

Profile ###

• Completed studies in computer science, electrical engineering or a comparable field of study
• Experience in the development of embedded software as well as in the successful implementation of software projects, ideally in the environment of Matlab, Simulink and C++
• Experience with model-based development (e.g. Simulink) as well as automatic code generation for embedded systems is an advantage
• Demonstrable experience in the technical leadership and guidance of embedded software engineers
• Sound knowledge in requirements engineering and in the translation of system requirements into detailed software requirements
• Experience in the planning and management of software sub-projects, including effort estimation, planning, resource management and risk management
• Very good German and English skills as well as strong communication skills in dealing with internal and external stakeholders
• High implementation strength, structured way of working and strong result orientation
