For our client, an internationally active engineering company in the field of building technology and automation, we are looking for an experienced personality as a Senior Engineer Building Automation (m/f/d) immediately or by arrangement. In this key role, you will take on technical and conceptual responsibility for demanding building automation projects and accompany them from planning to commissioning.

Tasks ###

• Overall responsibility or technical management of projects in the field of building automation and building technology systems
• Interface function between clients, specialist planners, system integrators, and executing companies
• Analysis and specification of technical and functional requirements
• Development of concepts and solutions for building automation and control systems
• Creation and processing of project, planning, and technical documentation
• Support with calculations, preparation of offers, and technical concepts
• Testing and optimization of system designs with regard to efficiency, functionality, and feasibility
• Implementation of technical evaluations, risk analyses, and solution assessments
• Integration of building technology systems into complex system landscapes
• Support during commissioning, tests, acceptances, and handovers to operation
• Accompanying technical project phases until successful implementation

Requirements ###

• Completed studies in the field of electrical engineering, building technology, automation, or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in building automation, MSR technology, or building technology system integration
• Experience in the planning, implementation, or optimization of complex automation projects
• Very good knowledge of automation, building control, or control systems
• Experience in the integration of technical systems into building infrastructures

IT ###

Very good knowledge of building automation and control systems
Confident use of MS Office
Experience with technical planning and documentation systems is an advantage
Knowledge of digital building or energy management systems is desirable
