For our client in the Canton of Basel-Stadt, we are looking for immediately:

Accounts Receivable Clerk (m/f/d) – temporary for 3–6 months

•Cleansing and updating of accounts receivable master data
•Direct contact with customers regarding open questions
•Reconciliation of open items and bank statements
•Joint clarification of discrepancies with customers
•Examination of service contracts
•Ensuring correct and complete data maintenance in the system
•Support with further administrative tasks in the accounts receivable area

What distinguishes you:

•Completed commercial training
•Professional experience in the accounts receivable area or in Customer Service
•Flawless German skills in speaking and writing
•French language skills are an advantage
•Good IT user skills and confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
•Careful, structured and reliable way of working
•Strong communication skills and enjoyment of direct customer contact
