• 08 juillet 2026 • 100% • Durée indéterminée • français (Intermediate) • suisse, 1201 Genève We are looking for, as part of a permanent position, for our client based in Genève : Technical Sales Representative formwork and BTP Scope Suisse romande and Suisse alémanique Main missions • Develop rental activities for banches, formwork and equipment. • Develop sales of accessories and equipment. • Prospect and acquire new customers. • Develop and retain the existing customer portfolio. • Establish and follow up commercial offers, and ensure regular commercial follow-up. • Advise customers and propose suitable technical solutions. • Identify market opportunities and construction projects. • Represent the company to industry players. • Ensure competitive and commercial monitoring. Objective • Achieve turnover and margin objectives. • Develop profitability and retain customers. • Develop the Swiss market, in particular Suisse allemande. • Represent and promote the company's image in its market. • Contribute to the sustainable growth of the company by strengthening its presence and its position as a recognized player in the Swiss market. Required skills • Excellent knowledge of building, civil engineering and public works. • Mastery of prospecting, negotiation and commercial development. • Technical mastery of formwork and good knowledge of construction site operations. • Autonomy, mobility, organization and results orientation. • Interpersonal skills and efficiency in the field. • Driver's license indispensable.
