Accounts Payable Clerk D/E 60-100% (temporary 4 - 6 months with prospect of permanent employment)

What you can achieve

• Responsibility for the accounts payable accounting of several hotels, gastronomy businesses and the Corporate Office
• Checking, coding and posting of invoices, credit notes and employee expenses
• Ensuring efficient and timely payment transactions
• Reconciliation and monitoring of accounts payable, bank and intercompany accounts
• Control and settlement of corporate credit cards
• Participation in monthly, quarterly and annual closings according to OR (industry-specific also USALI)
• Support during audits as well as in compliance and control processes
• Creation of analyses, reconciliations and reports for the Finance Management
• Close cooperation with our hotels, specialist departments and external partners
• Active participation in the digitalization and further development of financial processes

What you bring with you

• Commercial basic training or a comparable qualification
• Ideally further training in finance and accounting (e.g. Sachbearbeiter Rechnungswesen)
• Several years of professional experience in accounts payable accounting
• Confident handling of ERP systems as well as good knowledge of Excel
• Precise, independent and responsible way of working
• High affinity for numbers and enjoyment of structured, efficient processes
• Ability to set priorities and maintain an overview even in hectic situations
• Strong service orientation and enjoyment of working with different contact persons
• Good English skills in speaking and writing and oral German skills for daily communication
• Trustworthy, discreet and committed personality with a hands-on mentality
