In order to replace the current director who will be leaving her position soon, we are looking for a Director of structure - 80% to 100%

Main missions:

• Like a conductor, lead and manage your team towards the vision you desire to achieve in accordance with the mission and vision of the FEJ
• Organize, plan and steer the managerial, pedagogical and administrative activities of the APEMS with enthusiasm and creativity
• Develop with the educational team the reflections and measures aimed at pursuing the quality of child support, parent reception and being a stakeholder in the inclusion policy of the FEJ
• Apply and develop the pedagogical line of the structure in accordance with the vision of the FEJ
• Actively participate in the various events organized by the structure and the FEJ
• Ensure the reputation of the structure as well as that of the FEJ
• Participate in the FEJ management colloquiums by being a source of proposals
• Work in close collaboration with the other structures of the Foundation

Desired profile:

• Degree in childhood institution management EPD ES or team management HES desired or a degree deemed equivalent
• ES or HES social degree, field -childhood education-
• Confirmed experience in a management position of at least 5 years
• Mastery of interview techniques
• Project management, dynamism, creativity and benevolence
• Administrative ease and good mastery of IT tools
