What you do with us

• Maintain and further develop customer environments: Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, Windows Server, Citrix and network, from operation to security.
• Projects from A to Z: Cloud and server migrations, Citrix environments as well as telephony and UCC with Wildix, from planning to handover.
• Support on all levels: From quick help on the phone to tricky error analysis. That is exactly where trust is created.
• Consulting at eye level: You recognize what a customer really needs, and not just what they order.
• Automating: You ensure that recurring work does not remain recurring.
• Co-shaping: You contribute ideas on how we can make our own processes and platforms better.

What you bring with you

• Basic IT training (Informatiker/in EFZ, HF, FH or Uni) and 5-10 years of experience as a System Engineer, ideally at an IT service provider. Equivalent practical experience counts just as much.
• You are proficient in Microsoft 365 and Windows Server and have solid foundations in network and security.
• You know the daily routine between project work and urgent tickets and maintain an overview.
• You enjoy talking to people and explain technology so that it can be understood.
• You take responsibility, even when no one is standing next to you, and follow up until something is truly completed.
• You understand Swiss German and speak German very well. English and French are a plus. Citrix or Wildix experience? Super. If not, you will learn it with us.
