Field of action

• In the position of Junior Product Manager with a focus on metalworking fluids, you will take on a central role by actively managing and developing our high-quality range
• You maintain close cooperation with the Sales, Marketing, and Research & Development departments
• You bring in fresh and creative ideas and have a strong affinity for the demanding requirements in the field of efficient and gentle processing of all metallic materials, plastics, and aluminum alloys
• You plan and create sales promotion measures and ensure knowledge transfer through internal and external training; to this end, you develop the necessary training materials
• The cross-company integration of Industry 4.0 for an efficient and sustainable value chain is also among your tasks
• The creation, organization, and maintenance of datasets also falls within your area of responsibility
• In close cooperation with the sales team, you guarantee punctual and effective market launches. In addition, you provide support at various forums, events, and trade fairs
• You keep an eye on the market, conduct competitor analyses, and develop proposals for expanding the range as well as for rationalizing it
• With your specialist expertise and your commitment, you contribute to our company acting successfully on the market and our products being optimally positioned

Requirements

• technical or commercial basic training (with personal affinity for mechanics / technology or business administration studies)
• further training or in training as a technical salesman / Marketing / Business Administration or Product Manager
• Good MS Office skills
• Experience in product or project management and preferably in metalworking fluids
• a lot of initiative, commitment, and personal responsibility, independent way of working
• analytical thinking, future- and detail-oriented, strong-implementation personality
• proficient German, very good English skills, French is an advantage
