Portfolio Manager:in Aktien Schweiz (w/m/d) Your job at a glance What you achieve with us Responsibility for title selection in equity mandates - both standardized and individual Active management of building block portfolios in the equity sector with a clear focus on added value Conceptual further development of active investment strategies: investment process, portfolio construction, selection methodology and in particular risk management Implementation and risk monitoring of active title selection Close exchange with the macro team and financial analysts to optimize selection Participation in investment-specific projects to further develop the mandate business Participation in customer meetings - from acquisition to performance discussion What you bring Completed degree in business administration (university or FH) and a subject-specific further education (CFA, AZEK or similar) At least 7 years of proven professional experience as a portfolio manager for equities with documented selection success at the individual title level and in-depth knowledge of active portfolio construction Very good knowledge of Excel and Bloomberg; experience with programming languages; affinity for AI-based analysis applications Experience with derivative financial instruments (stock options, currency hedging) In-depth understanding of the capital market and a well-founded, clearly communicable market opinion Analytical strength, reflective ability and the willingness to continuously learn and go the extra mile Pleasure in customer contact and pronounced communication skills Entrepreneurial thinking and the claim to deliver above-average performance Languages: German fluent (C2), English negotiable (at least C1); further languages an advantage Your benefits with us More time for you With us, cantonal and regional holidays are paid.
