Your mission
As part of the development of our client, a recognized company in the field of technical building installations, we are looking for an HVAC Project Manager to lead varied and ambitious projects.

You will be responsible for the complete management of HVAC projects, from the study phase to completion, guaranteeing compliance with deadlines, costs, and the quality expected by clients.
Your main responsibilities will be:

• Ensure the complete management of HVAC projects (heating, ventilation, air conditioning);
• Develop technical studies and ensure the follow-up of files;
• Perform costings, offers, and tenders in collaboration with internal teams;
• Plan and coordinate the interventions of the various stakeholders (clients, suppliers, mandatories, and assembly teams);
• Monitor costs, deadlines, and project profitability;
• Participate in site meetings and ensure technical follow-up until the reception of the installations;
• Be the primary contact for clients and guarantee their satisfaction;
• Provide your technical expertise and propose solutions adapted to project needs.

Your profile

• Technical training in the HVAC field (CFC, federal diploma, or training deemed equivalent);
• Proven experience in HVAC project management in Switzerland;
• Solid technical knowledge in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning;
• Experience in costing, establishing offers, and financial monitoring of projects;
• Good knowledge of Swiss standards and regulations;
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously with autonomy and rigor;
• Excellent sense of organization, communication, and customer service.
