Your mission In your pivotal role, you skillfully juggle between account management and internal and external partners and customers to ensure the success of sales. You strengthen the very good team spirit by further developing existing processes or creating new ones. Your active participation in daily business is valued just as much as your work on the system. Your daily activities • Leading account management and internal sales • Active development and shaping of business processes • Active selling of Diartis solutions and expansion of the customer base • Active support of own customers as an account manager • Creating offers including management of incoming orders and deliveries • ERP Superuser • Management of the customer base in the ERP and CRM • Complaint processing • Controlling tasks in the budget and forecast process How you enrich our team • Several years of experience in sales and in leading employees • Experience in account management, preferably in the IT and software development environment • The customer is at the center of your actions • You have a commercial apprenticeship or further training in business administration • Initiative is not a foreign word to you • Team player with strong social competence and personal responsibility • Experience in budgeting and forecasting • German is your mother tongue and you master the French language Your future environment Diartis AG develops and distributes software solutions for case management.
