Your tasks

• Independent and responsible care and support of clients at home according to their needs
• Co-design and support of care processes, active involvement in care planning
• Maintaining care documentation and performance recording according to prescribed standards
• Close exchange and collaboration with the KZU care team as well as external care staff

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as a Health Specialist EFZ or an equivalent foreign diploma recognised by the SRK
• Service- and person-oriented work with high empathy and professional conduct
• Independent, responsible and goal-oriented working style
• Team-oriented communication and cooperation skills in interdisciplinary work environments
• Driving licence category B

About us

KZU, with its two in-house day nurseries, operates two care centres in Bassersdorf and Embrach as well as three care apartments in Nürensdorf and Winkel. It primarily offers older, care-dependent people a home and, in addition to various specialised services, a wide range of outpatient services. KZU employs around 600 staff, including 75 apprentices and students in 17 different professional groups.
