Deputy Department Head Care and Nursing

YOUR TASKS

• You work closely with the department head and represent them in their absence, so that everything runs smoothly in the department
• As part of the nursing team, you perform all common tasks of your functional level and are thus a role model for the team
• As a reference person, you accompany our residents individually, empathically and professionally
• You contribute with commitment to the further development of the department in the field of Palliative Care and thereby commit yourself to the continuous optimization of our nursing quality

YOUR PROFILE

• You have completed training as a Fachperson Gesundheit or dipl. Pflegefachperson
• With your experience in long-term care, you are happy to take on responsibility and the topic of Palliative Care is close to your heart
• You already have experience as an RAI-Supervisor or the willingness to develop further from the MDS-Koordinator to Supervisor
• You like to think ahead, remain solution-oriented even in challenging situations and set impulses for modern nursing practice
