Le Domaine parascolaire lausannois has been in constant development for several years. The new Lausanne after-school care concept brings new challenges and objectives within the structures. New services (holidays, supervised homework), new age groups (1-2P), and new missions (inclusion, neighborhood) are among the major axes of development for the years to come. The after-school domain is concerned with being able to develop quality projects, oriented towards the neighborhood, and to propose solidary and participatory pedagogical projects.
In order to accompany the teams and support the director, we are recruiting for a position of assistant or assistant director at 70% for the APEMS du Vieux-Moulin, within the Entre-Bois/Pierrefleur sector, located in the northwest of the city, which includes 9 after-school structures and concerns more than a thousand families.

Main mission(s)
Assist the management in the implementation of the mission, the animation of institutional life, and the smooth running of the after-school care
Accompany the educational teams in the daily care of children and the link with families
Participate in certain services within the educational team
Implement and ensure the follow-up and development of the pedagogical concept of the structure, in connection with the Lausanne concept of daycare
Develop and maintain partnerships with external actors, and collaborate transversally with the entire Service
Profile
HES or ES diploma recognized by the LAJE (Loi sur l'accueil de jour de l'enfance)
CAS in team management and project management, an asset
Minimum 4 years of professional educational experience in the field of childhood since obtaining the prerequisite title
Confirmed professional experience in team management, an asset
Professional experience in the participatory development of pedagogical projects
Mastery of professional issues and policies related to childhood care
Proven organizational skills
Leadership aptitude and team spirit
Systemic vision and critical thinking
Excellent mastery of MS Office tools
