Wanted – Caretaker (m/f/d)

We are looking for a caretaker

Your tasks:

• Carrying out general caretaker and maintenance work
• Care and maintenance of residential properties, commercial buildings and outdoor areas
• Ensuring cleanliness, order and functionality of the properties under care
• Cleaning and care of stairwells, entrance areas and common rooms
• Conducting regular inspection walks inside and outside the buildings
• Monitoring and controlling technical systems such as heating, ventilation and sanitary systems
• Carrying out minor repair and maintenance work
• Identifying and reporting technical malfunctions and damage
• Care and maintenance of green areas, lawns, hedges and shrubs
• Carrying out seasonal garden maintenance work
• Carrying out winter service work such as snow removal and spreading on walkways
• Control and care of parking spaces, access roads and outdoor areas
• Professional disposal of waste and care of disposal points
• Coordination and accompaniment of external craftsmen and service providers
• Support with apartment inspections and handovers as required
• Independent organization and execution of daily maintenance work
• Friendly and professional contact with tenants, owners and property managements
• Compliance with safety and quality regulations in all work

Your profile:

• Completed training as Fachmann Betriebsunterhalt EFZ, Hauswart mit eidgenössischem Fachausweis or in a manual trade is an advantage
• At least 3 years of professional experience in caretaker services or property maintenance (mandatory)
• Good knowledge of general caretaker and maintenance work
• Experience in the care of residential and commercial properties
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity
• Experience in dealing with building technology and building technical systems
• Good knowledge of cleaning and maintenance work
• Experience in garden maintenance and the care of outdoor areas
• Confident handling of cleaning machines, tools and work equipment
• Ability to carry out minor repairs independently
• Independent and structured organization of daily work orders
• Neat and friendly appearance in direct customer and tenant contact
• German language skills are an advantage
• Driver's license category B is an advantage
• Own car not required
• Willingness for winter service assignments and flexible working hours as required
• Physically resilient, reliable and responsible
• Precise, independent and service-oriented way of working
