hifidi - hilfe in finanziellen dingen was founded as a regional church project for the region with the aim of supporting and accompanying people in financially difficult situations. Since 2011, hifidi has been an association and is supported by the affiliated political municipalities and both regional churches. Due to regional expansion, we are looking for you Social Worker\*in 20 - 80 % ## Do you want to become part of our committed team? Are you looking for a workload between 20 - 80 %? Can you imagine working in Spiez, Interlaken and /or Saanen? Then definitely apply to us! We need your active support in the following areas: • Budget counseling • Recording debts and clarifying economic capacity • Accompanying people in difficult financial circumstances • Managing income and pension administrations • Debt settlement • Clarifying social security claims • Cooperation with involved institutions In order to be equipped for this task, you need the following content in your backpack: • a degree in Social Work (FH/HFS/BSc) • high social competence, empathy, independent, team-oriented and reliable working style • good communication skills and perseverance • good knowledge of social security law • a social-diaconal attitude We offer good cooperation in a small, motivated team, a well-functioning, relieving administration, a committed board and salary according to cantonal guidelines.
