YOU POSSESS • A Level 1 Sterilization Technical Assistant certificate. • Solid knowledge of the sterilization processes for medical devices, as well as hospital hygiene, asepsis, decontamination, and traceability rules. • A strong ability to apply strict procedures, to work with precision and to respect high quality and safety standards. • Good stress resistance, a sense of organization and an ability to work in a team in an environment paced by hospital needs. • Very good mastery of French, both spoken and written.   YOUR OBJECTIVES • Perform the various stages of the medical device sterilization process (pre-disinfection, cleaning, inspection, packaging and sterilization) in compliance with current standards and procedures. • Guarantee the quality, safety and traceability of the sterile material made available to the hospital services. • Participate in the daily organization of work within the central sterilization and ensure the continuity of activities. • Work in close collaboration with the team and partner services, in a spirit of collaboration and professionalism   WE ARE • An institution comprising acute care and rehabilitation establishments, a private clinic, nursing homes (EMS), medical centers and outpatient clinics distributed in the La Côte region as well as the 1st clinical hypnosis school dedicated to the healthcare environment in French-speaking Switzerland. • A care network allowing for many opportunities for internal transfer according to the aspirations and development projects of the employees. • More than 2000 employees taking care of patients and residents of the region, sharing values of Responsibility, Proximity, Humanity, Competence, in an agile environment promoting the realization of projects. • A training company committed to training the next generation, with approximately 80 apprentices in 16 different trades, 200 HES-ES interns and nearly 300 doctors in training.
