• Leading the Logistics department technically, organizationally, and personally, as well as ensuring daily logistical services;

• Planning and implementing measures in the building sector, including space management, moves, and occupancy variants, as well as coordinating cross-departmental projects with internal and external partners;
• Ensuring building security and operational emergency organization, as well as conducting hazard investigations and risk assessments.

What makes you unique

• Completed vocational training and further education in a relevant field such as logistics, facility management, construction, or security;
• Sound knowledge in building management, occupational safety, procurement, and environmental management;
• Leadership experience, strong service orientation, and enjoyment of contact with people;
• Active knowledge of at least two official languages as well as passive knowledge of the third official language.

In a nutshell

The Resources SECO (RS) area provides internal cross-sectional services in the areas of business management, IT, logistics, finance, human resources, and law. The Logistics department is part of the Resources SECO area and ensures central logistical services for employees. Whether building operations, office moves, visitor reception, or security issues -- the management of the Logistics department coordinates requirements and works closely with internal and external partners.
