The Kemmental is located between the Ottenberg and the Seerücken. Kemmental is one of the largest municipalities in the canton of Thurgau with an area of 25 km² and is located in the district of Kreuzlingen. The municipality of Kemmental, consisting of the former municipalities of Alterswilen, Altishausen, Dotnacht, Ellighausen, Hugelshofen, Lippoldswilen, Neuwilen and Siegershausen, has around 2'900 inhabitants. To strengthen our administration, we are looking for a committed, independent personality as of 1. August 2026 or by agreement Your area of responsibility In this versatile function, you will coordinate the technical areas of the electricity plant, public lighting and fiber optics. In particular, you will take on the following tasks: • operational collaboration in the areas of electricity plant, public lighting and fiber optics • support in checking and managing creditor invoices • management and monitoring of the meter park including preparation of electricity and water meter data and coordination and technical support of replacement and maintenance measures • responsibility for maintenance, planning and operation of the electricity network • preparation of technical statements on building applications taking into account legal requirements and regulations • preparation of decision-making bases and applications for the department head and the municipal council • participation in budgeting, investment planning and annual financial statements • written and oral correspondence with customers, suppliers, authorities and the population • participation in contract management • file management and archiving according to the registration plan • coordination of the annual adjustment of electricity tariffs <br /> Your competencies For this challenging and varied task, you ideally bring the following profile: • technical basic training, for example in the fields of electrical engineering, energy, supply technology or in a comparable field • further training at the HF/FH level is an advantage • professional experience in a technical environment, ideally in energy supply or in public administration • structured, independent and reliable way of working • organizational skills and enjoyment of coordination tasks • confident and target-group-oriented appearance in dealing with different stakeholder groups • good IT user skills <br /> We offer: <br /> • a varied and responsible activity with scope for design in the operational area • a collegial environment in a manageable administration • modern employment conditions • opportunities for professional development <br /> Please send your complete application dossier to bewerbung@kemmental.ch.
