Restaurant Specialist EFZ

In a preferred location in Männedorf with a view over Lake Zurich and into the mountains lies the Hotel Boldern and features 59 single and double rooms, as well as 9 seminar and group rooms. A restaurant area with a restaurant, garden salon, bistro, terrace and bar completes the offering. Immediately or by arrangement, we are looking for reinforcement for our service team. Your tasks: • Greeting and looking after our guests • Working in early, middle and late shifts • Breakfast, à la carte and banquet service • Looking after individual and seminar guests • Food and beverage service in the restaurant, bistro, banquet rooms and on the terrace • Various cleaning tasks • Support in the implementation of various events and banquets Your profile: • Completion as Restaurant Specialist EFZ or Hotel Specialist EFZ • Very good German skills & good English skills • Sales talent & hosting nature • Professional experience in gastronomy is an advantage • Committed and reliable way of working • Strong teamwork skills We offer: • Varied as well as responsible activity in a young and motivated team • 6 weeks vacation • Opportunity for further training as well as for a lateral entry into gastronomy • A pleasant and personal working environment • Free use of the internal fitness room • Regulated working hours through time tracking • No room hours • Free parking spaces for employees during the shift • Workplace in a unique location at Lake Zurich • Discounted catering at the workplace – we cover the majority of the catering!
