Share What awaits you? ## • A modern working time model with a 4-day week (by choice) with a weekly working time of 38 hours at 100% salary. • Leadership and development of our Services team: You take over the functional and personnel leadership of the team, promote employees specifically in their development and ensure high service and process quality. • Project responsibility: You take over responsibility for projects in the area of responsibility of Services. • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements: You take over central tasks in compliance and anti-money laundering and actively contribute to risk minimization and quality assurance. • Management and maintenance of our customer master data: You ensure correct, complete and digitally cleanly maintained data - the basis for efficient banking processes. • Processing of pension and securities transactions: You process complex transactions precisely, conscientiously and on time. What do you bring with you? ## • Completed banking training and/or further training in banking or finance • Several years of experience in a comparable function and/or leadership experience • Strong sense of quality and responsibility • High willingness to learn and develop combined with good team and communication skills
