Shape nursing, strengthen people – your field of activity with us

• With personal responsibility and according to the latest nursing findings, you care for and nurse our patients
• You take over the leadership of a nursing group and work closely with healthcare professionals, nursing assistants, students, and trainees
• You manage the entire nursing process – supported by our clinical information system Clinical – and ensure seamless documentation
• Together in the team, you continuously optimize nursing processes and contribute your ideas
• As a mentor, you accompany and promote students and trainees on their way into the nursing profession

What you need to be successful

• You are a dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann (HF/FH) or close to graduation and have ideally already gained experience in acute care
• You find the wide medical range of a family-like peripheral hospital exciting and enriching
• You encounter people with respect and appreciation, because providing the best possible care for our patients is your top priority
• You work carefully, conscientiously, and enjoy taking responsibility
• Further development is a matter of course for you and you want to constantly expand your skills
• You command the German language with stylistic confidence (B2 proof for foreign-language applicants is the minimum requirement)

Our terms of employment are basically based on the collective labor agreement (GAV) for the personnel of Berner Spitäler und Kliniken.
