We support families who care for their relatives at home.
Your role is special in this regard:
You supervise your own employees (family caregivers)
You show them how nursing is done correctly, explain processes, and are their professional contact person
You ensure that nursing is carried out with good quality, safely, and correctly
You are regularly on-site to accompany and advise
You document and take over the case management of your assigned clients
: You participate in nursing, but above all, you coach and lead the relatives in nursing.
What you do with us:
You go to clients' homes and look at the situation on-site
You perform needs assessments and advise on what is really needed
You ensure that nursing is well organized and of high quality
You are the contact person for nursing relatives: explain, show, support, give security
You document cleanly and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
What you bring with you:
Degree as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH
Experience in Spitex/outpatient is great
You enjoy talking to people and can explain things understandably
You work in a structured, independent, and reliable manner
You know Spitex software or will learn it
You are proficient with a laptop
Driver's license Cat. B
