Production Employee Industrial Plant 100 (m/f/d)

Our client is a traditional Swiss industrial company in the field of building materials production with locations in German-speaking Switzerland and Romandie. As a significant player in the industry, the company relies on state-of-the-art and sustainable production processes and is part of an internationally active corporate group.

To strengthen the production team at the location in the Canton of Aargau, we are looking for a reliable personality as a Production Employee Industrial Plant (100 %) immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• Varied work in the cement plant such as cleaning and machine operation
• Participation in plant, annual, and furnace revisions
• Filling the raw material hall according to specifications
• Activities related to tire reception with tire grabbers and wheel loaders
• Reception of various operating materials and their storage in silos
• Taking over smaller administrative tasks in everyday operations
• On-call duties on weekends

Your profile

• Training in the technical or manual sector
• Good German skills and confident handling of digital tools
• Enjoyment of practical work and good technical understanding
• Willingness for further training, e.g., hazardous goods reception
• Independent and reliable way of working
• Teamwork skills and physical resilience
• Willingness to commit to the company's own fire brigade
