Our client is a successful, ISO-9001 certified general contractor specializing in high-quality software and hardware solutions. The sales, implementation, training, and support of ERP software (Abacus) are among our client's core competencies. Thanks to a consistent focus on high consulting and service quality, the company has established a strong market position and currently employs around 30 employees.

To strengthen the team, we are looking for a customer- and service-oriented personality as an HR specialist (HR-Fachmann / HR-Fachfrau) starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• Expert consulting for customers during the introduction of Abacus as well as during the optimization and digitalization of processes, focusing on the Human Resources area (e.g., employee appraisals, certificates, application and competence management, ESS and MSS) as well as payroll
• Creation of offers, concepts, documentation, and training materials
• Recording and specification of customer requirements as well as supporting the implementation through parameterization and customizing
• Conducting workshops and training sessions for users
• Supporting customers via support and hotline
• Responsibility for project implementation with regard to schedule, budget, and quality

Your profile:

• Several years of professional experience in payroll accounting/Payroll/HR administration
• Practical experience in holistic project management is an advantage
• You are a cheerful and alert personality who reacts flexibly and situationally to people (customers) and situations
• An interconnected way of thinking as well as a structured, independent, and exact way of working
• A flair for IT, digitalization, and the SME environment
• High service mentality and enthusiasm
• Proficient German skills in speaking and writing; French and/or English skills are an advantage
