In this exciting role, you have the opportunity to actively shape structures and sustainably shape processes. Your exciting task You are responsible for the daily disposition of your assigned assortment and ensure the availability of goods, taking into account defined KPIs such as inventory turnover and range. You actively manage inventory levels and take care of clearing, especially R- and S-warehouses. You ensure that old goods are avoided and reduced in a targeted manner. You systematically process invoice and delivery differences. You take over the dunning process against suppliers and take care of complaints. You work closely with the Category Manager English Books and support him in operational questions regarding procurement and supplier management. You contribute to the development and continuous optimization of processes in purchasing disposition and in the newly created area of operational purchasing. You support cross-departmental coordination and projects. What you bring You have a commercial basic training as well as experience in disposition or operational purchasing. You have a good understanding of key figures such as inventory turnover and range, and use them in a targeted manner. You have very good German and good English language skills, as many suppliers are in the UK and US. You work in a structured, analytical and process-oriented manner. You bring initiative, sense of responsibility and joy in actively shaping a developing environment. You convince with your communication skills, team orientation and constructive handling of internal and external partners.
