Hey, we are AF Tissue Expert Switzerland AG - The central shared service center within a family-run group of hygiene paper manufacturers in Switzerland and Europe. As AF Tissue Expert Switzerland AG, we bundle all overarching functions such as finance, HR, IT, purchasing, sales and planning and work closely with our production plants Tela (Niederbipp) and Cartaseta (Gretzenbach). Tela and Cartaseta stand for high-quality hygiene papers, modern technology and sustainable production processes. While production takes place daily in the plants, we ensure that the administrative, organizational and strategic framework conditions are correct - practical, efficient and always in direct exchange with the plants. Junior Key Account Manager 80-100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Customer care: Responsibility for the professional care and sustainable development of the largest Swiss AFH-tissue customers (wholesale). Holistic management from operational care to the consistent achievement of sales targets.
• Customer communication: Ensuring proactive, clear and timely exchange with customers
• Coordination & interface management: Hub function between customers and internal departments (planning, QA, finance, sales back office) to ensure a smooth flow of information
• Analysis & reporting: Creation of meaningful customer analyses, statistics and decision-making bases for the targeted further development of business relationships
• Quantity planning: Needs-oriented planning and forward-looking monitoring of sales volumes
• Complaint management: Efficient coordination of complaint processing
• Sales support: Active support of the sales team in administrative and organizational tasks
• Customer visits: Systematic planning and execution of customer visits according to the defined contact plan. Travel activity in Switzerland approx. 20%

Profile

• Education: Completed training in retail or the commercial sector, ideally supplemented by further training in business administration or sales
• Professional experience: Initial experience in sales, customer care or sales support, preferably in the consumer goods industry
• Customer orientation: Strong customer and service orientation as well as enjoyment in building and maintaining sustainable customer relationships
• IT skills: Confident handling of common IT applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Numerical affinity: Strong understanding of numbers as well as analytical thinking skills
• Language skills: Very good German skills in spoken and written form, French skills are an advantage
