HR Assistant (M/F) at 100%

For our client, a watchmaking company based in Ajoie, we are looking for a:

HR ASSISTANT at 100% (M/F)

Tasks & responsibilities:
As part of your role, you are responsible for the administrative management of personnel and assume all administrative tasks inherent to human resources.
Through your proactivity, your methodical work, and your sense of organization, you provide a qualitative service to the personnel in order to satisfy the needs of the employees in an optimal manner.

Your responsibilities include notably the following tasks:

• Responsibility for all personnel administration including reception and telephone contacts.
• Administrative management of personnel including time management, legal administrative procedures, work permit requests, sickness and accident declarations, maternity and family allowance requests, employer certificates and intermediate earnings for unemployment, the establishment of work certificates and certificates.
• Management of entries and exits of internal personnel
• Administrative support to the HR department
• Physical and telephone reception of the HR department
• Receipt, processing and dispatch of mail and general correspondence
• Participation in recruitments

Profile:

• CFC as a commercial employee or equivalent, ideally completed by a certificate as an assistant in personnel management
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in human resources
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit, naturally dynamic and proactive, capable of taking impactful initiatives, and oriented towards services and solutions.
• Developed communication skills and social skills
• Perfect mastery of usual IT tools and the French language
