Team Leader: Commercial Property Management

The commercial facility management (KFM) department advises and supports all postal areas and third-party tenants throughout Switzerland on commercial and contractual issues. In a decentralized organization, we accompany our customers from space search to occupancy and support to termination of use. With you, our regional customers will be comprehensively supported! This is what you can achieve • You lead a team of 9 employees (property managers and clerks) in personnel, technical, and business management aspects and continuously develop your organizational unit. • In your area (Zürich, Schaffhausen, and Central Switzerland), you are responsible for comprehensive, high-quality, and efficient property management and ensure our nationwide standards in this regard. • You actively support the operational daily business and take on a small portfolio as well as more complex special cases in the field of property management. • For your objects/portfolio, you are responsible for active marketing, owner representation in clarifications, condition assessment, and determination of maintenance, development, and return measures. • You are in close contact with tenants, neighbors, and authorities, support the search/takeover of rental space, and negotiate smaller rental contracts. • In optimizing processes, tools, and instruments, you play a key role and contribute to special tasks. This is what you bring • You have several years of (management) experience in property management with a focus on commercial properties. • You have completed a higher education with a focus on real estate (e.g., property manager, marketer, real estate appraiser). • Knowledge of real estate law (rental, contract, and tax law) as well as very pronounced analytical and conceptual skills are important to us. • Negotiating skills, networked, business-oriented thinking, and a high service orientation are essential for this function. • So that you can reach our locations in the shortest possible time, we require a category B driver's license. • You communicate very well in writing and speaking German. Knowledge of any other national language is a plus.
