A very dynamic team, which advises our customers personally, by telephone and via video call every day, is looking for support.

If you want to prove your passion for dealing with customers every day and would like to pass on your knowledge of roasting, baking, cooking and laundry care, you have come to the right place

This is the task

• In our 635m2 showroom in Spreitenbach, you are the competent contact person for our customers in the selection of the entire high-quality Miele range of appliances, accessories and additions
• You advise our customers for a personal demonstration of the products also by telephone or via video conference
• Administrative activities before and after the consultation are also part of the tasks

For this versatile task, we wish for a dynamic, independent, team-oriented, flexible and well-groomed personality with good communication skills

• You know how to highlight the added value of our premium appliances
• Ideally, you bring training in retail, gastronomy or hotel management
• You enjoy customer consultation, active selling and are technically interested
• German is your mother tongue and you have proficient English and French skills, other languages are welcome
• You are used to working with MS-Office and have an affinity for digitalization
• You look forward to work assignments from Tuesday to Saturday
