Die Organisation und Informatik (OIZ) is the IT competence center of the city of Zürich. Become part of our dedicated team and help shape the digital future of the city of Zürich!
To strengthen our Workplace Engineering department, we are looking for a motivated and committed personality, effective immediately or by arrangement.

Tasks

• You take responsibility for the municipal standard applications, including release, change, vulnerability, and patch management.
• You provide 3rd level support for the municipal standard applications.
• You advise and support the municipal service departments on questions regarding the integration of client software.
• You provide instructions and documentation for the creation of software packages.
• You provide 3rd level support for the municipal Windows Client.
• You work together with external software suppliers and manufacturers.

Profile

• Completed vocational training in an ITC profession or several years of experience in the above-mentioned fields of activity
• Experience in operations and technical support
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows environments
• Strong understanding of quality and processes
• Analytical skills and a structured way of working
• Strong communication and coordination skills as well as enjoyment in working with different stakeholders
