The LANDI cooperatives support Swiss female and male farmers in the economic development of their businesses. Together with the brands Volg, TopShop and AGROLA, the LANDI cooperatives also supply the population in rural areas of Switzerland with food, daily necessities and energy.

The LANDI Bolligen is an agricultural cooperative with 42 members. We were founded in 1890 and are today active in the Bolligen region. In addition to agriculture, retail and energy are among our core businesses.

For our LANDI we are looking for a committed, entrepreneurial-minded personality as Managing Director (f/m/d) 80 – 100%, who connects people, drives projects forward and actively shapes the further development of our company.

• Overall responsibility for the operational and strategic management of LANDI
• Leadership, promotion and development of employees
• Ensuring professional and appreciative communication with employees, customers, authorities, cooperative members and business partners
• Planning, management and implementation of projects in the areas of infrastructure, organization and corporate development
• Responsibility for real estate and location issues, further development and investment planning
• Cultivation and expansion of regional networks and partnerships
• Ensuring efficient processes and a high quality of service

We look forward to this profile

• Completed higher education or training with sound professional experience in a commercial, business administration or agricultural environment
• Leadership experience, ideally in retail, real estate or a related environment
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as a solution- and practice-oriented way of working
• High degree of personal responsibility, negotiating skills and assertiveness
• Appreciation for agricultural production as well as proximity to female and male farmers
• Strong communication skills and high social competence
• Experience in the management and implementation of projects
• Knowledge in the field of real estate management, construction, maintenance or development projects is an advantage
