Your tasks
Overall responsibility for the planning, development, and execution of construction projects, from the first design to completion
Control and coordination of all parties involved in construction (architects, engineers, craftsmen, and other specialist planners)
Ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and budgets
Contract management and communication with clients as well as authorities
Monitoring construction progress and conducting acceptances
Leading the project team and promoting smooth cooperation

Your profile
Completed training in construction (e.g., civil engineer, architect, construction technician) or comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, ideally in the area of general contractor
Strong leadership and communication skills
High problem-solving and organizational competence
Entrepreneurial thinking and action
Resilience and assertiveness
Good IT skills (MS Office, construction administration programs)
Driving license category B
