Specialist Data and Process Management (80-100 %)

gebana is a pioneer for Fair Trade in Switzerland. We work worldwide with farming families and sell their organic products directly to consumers in Europe. Our vision: To change global trade in favor of small farmers, the local economy, and the environment.

Immediately or by arrangement, we have the following position as Specialist Data and Process Management (80-100 %) to be filled anew. With the introduction of a new ERP system, gebana is building a central data platform. Do you want to help shape both from the beginning and commit yourself to fairer trade in the process?

Your tasks:

• You help shape the construction of our Data Warehouse and design the necessary data models in cooperation with internal stakeholders.
• You develop ETL/ELT processes, monitor data pipelines, and ensure smooth data flows.
• You maintain and configure our new ERP Microsoft Business Central and develop yourself into the central contact person for the system.
• You coordinate the various requirements of the data and process managers, taking our data strategy into account. Together with external and internal partners, you implement these requirements in a goal-oriented manner in projects and further develop the data strategy.

Your profile:

• You have a completed education with a focus on business informatics, informatics, economics, or related fields.
• You have experience in dealing with technical systems and are motivated to continuously familiarize yourself with new technologies and processes.
• You bring an understanding of databases, SQL, and ETL/ELT processes.
• You have an interest in operational processes and data flows, possess quality awareness, and work in a structured manner.
• You approach specialist departments openly and communicate understandably in German and English. You work pragmatically and complete your tasks independently and in a goal-oriented manner.
• Experience with Business Central / MS Dynamics or other ERP systems is a plus.
• You are enthusiastic about fair trade, sustainability, and organic production and want to make a difference with your work.
